This project is one of the most unique undertakings that TDF have completed. Unique in its design style, clientele and functionality requirements. The Ha Noi Committee Hall was designed for political meetings, government officials and state business. Therefore, the aesthetic must be formal, traditional and nationalistic in colour schemes, and meets the build standard set by the local government.
